How to see all information in a site

Discover how to access the 4 key data panels and how to use the relative compass direction feature.

App Version

This requires Windsock version 3.2 and above. You can find your app version by going to Settings > About.

Steps

  1. Launch Windsock
  2. Tap on an existing site you would like to see information for
  3. Tap on the detail chevron button to see the site information
  4. Swipe down to access weather forecast data for a future time and date
  5. Swipe right to get access to Visibility information and metrics
  6. Swipe right again (or twice from the initial site information screen) to get access to Air information and metrics
  7. Swipe right again (or three times from the initial site information screen) to get access to Precipitation information and metrics
  8. Swipe left three times to get back to the initial site information screen
  9. Tap on a wind speed compass to access the relative compass feature
  10. Tap on the i icon to access location information such as co-ordinates, altitude, Magnetic Declination and timezone information
  11. Tap on the graph icon to access wind speed graphs
