How to set and use tick rules

App Version

This requires Windsock version 3.2 and above. You can find your app version by going to Settings > About.

Steps

Setting Tick Rules

1. Launch Windsock
2. Tap on Settings in the bottom left corner of the screen
3. Tap on Tick Rules
4. Choose a new rule or create your own and ensure it has an orange tick to the right of the cell
5. Tap the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen

Using Tick Rules

1. Launch Windsock
2. Tap on an existing site
3. Scroll up and down to see a green tick at the time when flying conditions are good and a red exclamation point when flying conditions are bad.
4. Tap on a time with a red exclamation point to see why the flying conditions are bad, as defined by your applied tick rule
